To begin the conversation about your own elearning business, email me at:
Elearning is one of the hottest, fastest growing, and most lucrative industries today because it is a digital goods commerce business for high priced items. Right now is a great time to get into this business because this industry is still relatively new, and growing so rapidly.
Not having courses to sell might be preventing you from starting this business. But I can help you solve that by licensing you
my courses to sell on your website.
Do you want to start an elearning business selling online courses? Don't have courses? License online courses from me to sell on your site.
I have over 75 popular business and marketing courses you can buy or license from me.
Here is the full list of all my online courses to choose from.
You can license any of the courses or buy the rights to them to sell on your website or anywhere else online. I am currently selling these courses on Udemy and Skillshare. But other than those two platforms, you are welcome to sell the elearning courses anywhere else of your choosing, and I will be happy for you if you do well.
It is laughably easy to get started. Here are the steps to start an elearning company in one day:
- Set up a Wordpress website in one day
- Upload the my courses to your site that same day
- Create a restricted membership area on your site that same day. This area will contain the courses
- Add a shopping cart to your site for people to buy the courses
- Congratulations! You are up and running with your business.
Don't know how to work with Wordpress or a shopping cart or how to get your online courses hosted on Teachable?
That is ok. I can license you the courses, create your Wordpress website, upload your courses to a hosting platform called Teachable,
and add the shopping cart for you, and even coach you through the process of growing this business on an ongoing basis. Want to get
started? Email me today, and we can begin discussing how you can start your own elearning business selling online courses today.
There are a few key elements that you must explain in sufficient detail in the business plan for an elearning business. The first key element is your niche or differentiation
from other elearning businesses. Will you sell all kinds of courses, or maybe just courses in a specific niche or industry? What will make your
business different than competitive elearning companies?
Another important element of a business plan for such a business is the marketing plan. How do you plan to promote your courses in an already crowded
space out there? In your business plan you should also outline how you will acquire instructors and new content. Will you pay new instructors, or
will you give them a share of the revenue? What will happen if they don't want to upload their content to an upstart new elearning company from which they
are uncertain to get revenue?

A good marketing plan for an elearning business is something that isn't easy to create because many of the common marketing channels for such a
business are either difficult to implement correctly, or are crowded and competitive. Let's take a look at how Udemy promotes its business.
They have a very strong email marketing program. But to get your email marketing going, you need to get those emails, which means that you need to
have a very steady stream of new customers. How do they get these customers for their elearning business?
First off, over time, they developed a very successful affiliate program where many individuals resell their courses online, and collect 40% of the sale.
This takes time to grow, but once an affiliate program gets going it can be a juggernaut. Additionally, Udemy consistently gets publicity, which
is something not every other elearning business can do because it requires being a respected thought leader in your space. Udemy also spends a lot of money
on Google AdWords and Facebook ads. Their ad program brings in a significant number of new students. And lastly, the instructors themselves, are
taught and encouraged to promote their courses. Udemy also has ongoing sales and promotions which give people an incentive to buy more courses.
With all these strategies, they have been able to consistently grow and promote their elearning business, and you can do the same for your elearning business.

Luckily, this kind of a business does not require a lot of money to get started. All you have to do is either acquire or create some online courses,
and begin selling them. If you want to get truly big as an online platform that might end up on par with Udemy, you will eventually need to raise money
from investors. But to get started with this business, you certainly don't need a lot of money.
Here is a fundraising tutorial with 15 different strategies to raise money for your business including grants, loans, getting an investment,
