My favrite all-time book marketer on Fiverr was a seller named BKNights. He seems to have reduced his services in recent times. His services are good for discounted and free Kindle promotions.

Here is a Fiverr seller I like for cover designs. I did not hire them myself, but they seemed to have the best ratings and portfolio from my research.
Editing an entire book can be pricey, but necessary. And you absolutely need a good editor because a bad editor will miss many issues and you will never know what your editor misses until readers complain, which is too late.
For that reason, I am recommending the editor I trusted with my books. She works full-time as a professional editor for a major publishing house. Her rate is $50/hour.
